These terms apply to trustbooksbk.com and to any text messages sent by TrustBooks Bookkeeping LLC. By using this website, or by opting in to text messages from us, you agree to them. Effective October 15, 2026.
Text messages from us
If you opt in to text messages from us, we will only send messages about the request you made and the work we do for you. That could include replies to your request, scheduling a consultation, appointment reminders and updates on your bookkeeping. We only text people who have opted in. Giving us your phone number on its own does not sign you up.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your request and the work in progress. Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
How to opt out
You can cancel text messages at any time. Just text "STOP" in reply to any message from us. After you send "STOP", we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages from us.

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy. Your mobile number and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
